In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Anwar Rouh is a 4th-year student at ESCA School of Management, pursuing a degree in Finance, Audit & Control within the Grande École Program. Passionate about storytelling and human insight, he stood out during the TEDxESCA Student Speaker Competition with a talk that challenged perspectives and resonated deeply with the audience by presenting his own experience. He will be one of the featured speakers at TEDxESCA 2025, bringing with him a fresh, student-driven vision of what lies beneath the iceberg.

Dr. Hicham Mjigal is a gynecologist, obstetrician, and breast specialist based in Rabat, Morocco. With extensive training in gynecological and breast surgery, as well as a specialization in colposcopy from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Fez, Dr. Mjigal offers expertise in infertility treatment, IVF, intimate laser surgery, and cosmetic gynecology. Passionate about women's health and innovation in medical care, he combines advanced surgical techniques with personalized patient support to improve well-being and quality of life.

Meryem Kettani is a certified personal development coach specializing in emotional release, hypnotherapy, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). With a gentle and authentic approach, she guides individuals in liberating their emotions and restoring deep personal balance. She is certified in various disciplines including Emotional Release Coaching, Access Bars, ThetaHealing, and Mindfulness-Based Emotional Therapy (ANHERE). As the author of "Infiniment grand dans l'infiniment petit", Meryem also leads meditation workshops, wellness collaborations, and personal development coaching sessions.

Oumaima Mhijir

Oumaima Mhijir is a State Engineer and social entrepreneur dedicated to advancing socio-economic development in Morocco. With a strong focus on marginalized women, people with disabilities, and NEETs, she designs impactful initiatives tailored to Morocco’s realities. Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in International Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Basel, Oumaima combines global insights with local action. She has also enhanced her leadership skills through an executive program at Harvard University. Recognized for her commitment to women’s empowerment, Oumaima has received multiple awards, including “Africa's Women Entrepreneur” (2016) and “Social Entrepreneur of the Year” by IODSE (2022).

Co-founder of Wraqi, a pioneering platform digitizing administrative services in Morocco, Tarik is committed to bridging the digital divide and promoting access to information across Africa and the Middle East. Named CJD Morocco Best Young Entrepreneur (2015) and AfricAngels African Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), he is also a keynote speaker and an advocate for technology-driven social impact. Tarik has served as an expert advisor to Morocco’s National Agency for Digital Development (ADD) and continues to advance innovation with multiple flagship projects and two patent-pending inventions. As an Ironman athlete, he brings the same spirit of endurance and resilience to every venture, working toward a future where technology empowers individuals and communities worldwide.

Yassine Redouane

Yassine REDOUANE is the CEO of Impact Project Funding SA. He previously served as Managing Partner at the consulting firm R&B Associates (2018–2023), where he led numerous missions for private institutions and international organizations, including the World Bank and the FAO. He is also deeply committed to supporting entrepreneurs in developing their ventures. Yassine holds a degree from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po, 2007). He also earned a Master’s in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management (2005) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Social Administration from University of Montpellier III (2002).
