Theme: The Sound Of Silence

Istanbul is a city that carries the traces of history in every corner and lives with its noise and chaos. Every morning, we get lost among the screams of seagulls, ferry whistles and crowds of people. But even in all this noise, silence is always waiting for us somewhere. When we stand by the sea and watch the waves retract, the silence of nature reminds us of the essence of life. This silence is actually a voice that makes us who we are, containing the deepest truths.

On the campus of Istanbul Technical University, while thousands of students rushing to classes every day, we sit under a tree in the quiet corners of the campus and listen to the wind. At that moment, perhaps we realize one of the most important lessons that life teaches us: Silence, the purest form of learning, is the echo of knowledge from the heart. As in Tanpınar's "The Time Regulation Institute", here too, time and silence touch each other and offer us a deep wisdom.

Everyone in our team has a different story, but what brings us together is a common bond that we find in silence. In the moments when the pens stopped, the conversations stopped and only the silence of our thoughts remained in the room, we realized that silence could actually be our most powerful means of communication. As John Cage said, there is a music even in silence; every silent moment is actually the beginning of a deep creativity, an inner journey.

Silence is where sometimes the deepest ideas are born. We want to reveal the ideas in this silence and share them on stage. Because we believe that the ideas hidden in silence have the power to create change. With the theme of "The Sound of Silence", we invite our viewers to discover this power of silence that nourishes creativity.

Buse Tosun Çavuşoğlu

Türk güreşçi Buse Tosun Çavuşoğlu İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor kulübünde kadınlar serbest stilde 68 ve 72 kilolarda kariyerini sürdürmektedir. 2023 Dünya Güreş Şampiyonası ve 2024 Avrupa Güreş Şampiyonası’nda altın madalya , 2024 Paris Olimpiyatları’nda bronz madalya kazanmıştır.

Cihat Aşkın

Kariyeri boyunca dünya çapında sayısız konser ve resital veren Aşkın, ulusal ve uluslararası alanda kazandığı ödüllerle büyük takdir topladı. Ünlü sanatçılarla sahne paylaşan ve birçok festivale katılan Aşkın, aynı zamanda müzik eğitimi ve sanatı kurumsallaştırma çabalarıyla da tanınıyor.

Gökçen Erdoğan

Doç. Dr. Gökçen Erdoğan, Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nden mezun olarak ihtisasını Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim dalında tamamlamıştır. Yüksek Lisansını Halk Sağlığı, doktorasını ise Din Felsefesi ve Sosyal Psikoloji alanlarında yapan Gökçen Erdoğan, 2022 yılında Dünya Sağlık Zirvesi’nde Genital Estetik dalında ödüle layık görülmüştür.
