For so long, society has taught us that success looks a certain way — landing the big job, buying the house, driving the car. We’ve been led to believe that these milestones are the ultimate goals, the end-all-be-all. But what if success isn’t about reaching the top, but about the small victories we achieve every day? At TEDxSadi, we believe success is found in the little wins — the courage to start going to the gym, the discipline to wake up early and work on a passion project, the persistence to keep going even when no one is watching. Success is about building habits, staying true to your values, and growing through each challenge, no matter how small it seems. This event is a celebration of all the quiet, yet powerful steps we take towards becoming the best version of ourselves. We invite you to join us for a day of heartfelt talks and real stories that remind us: success isn’t just about the finish line — it’s about the journey and the discipline to keep moving forward.

Ayuk Renette Mbi

Journalist and Communications Professional
In 2020, I survived a life-threatening maternal health crisis, fueled by lack of access to the right information and incompetent healthcare personnel. After that experience, I decided to use my journalism and communication skills to give back to my community. I created Vital Talks, a YouTube talk show on maternal, child, and reproductive health. The goal is to share stories often missing from traditional media, enabling people to make informed health decisions and save lives. Over a year later, the feedback from moms, families, and individuals has been incredible. After taking a maternity break, my team and I resumed production for Season 2, which will stream soon. We currently have nine episodes from Season 1 on YouTube, serving as a valuable knowledge resource. Through Vital Talks, we fight misinformation and provide expert insights and hands-on experiences through the caliber of guests we host.
