The sea is always in motion, gently lapping at the sandy shores. No matter how long the tide comes in and out, real impact is never made. It's the towering, crashing waves that truly create an impact and propel sea spray into the open sky. Oftentimes, we choose to hover beneath the surface of the water, ebbing and flowing with the gentle rock of the sea. It's oftentimes easier to follow the ripples of the sea following what others believe, but change always begins with one individual who garners the courage to speak up. As individuals gather their courage, the tides rise. As individual voices soar, waves crest. As the words we speak begin to create change, waves crash onto rocky shores. Change begins with an individual voice.
